the basics

by using just send it, you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, please don't use the service.

you must be at least 18 years old to use just send it.

what just send it does

just send it is an email service. you write emails in your regular email client, send them to a secret email address we give you, and we deliver them to your list. that's the core of what we do.

beta

just send it is currently in beta. things might change, break, or work differently than expected.

during beta, we store copies of sent emails and track delivery metrics so we can make sure things are working. see our privacy policy for details.

what you can't do

don't use just send it for:

anything illegal
spam or unsolicited emails
hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content
adult content
misleading or fraudulent content
violating anyone's privacy or rights
phishing, malware, or anything harmful

if you use just send it to spam people, we will shut your account down.

your responsibilities

you must have permission to email everyone on your list
your uploaded lists must only contain people who agreed to receive your emails
you're responsible for following email laws (like CAN-SPAM and GDPR)
you own your content, but you give us permission to send it on your behalf
keep your secret email address secret. anyone who has it can send to your list

how we handle your stuff

during beta, we store copies of sent emails for debugging and service improvement
we automatically add unsubscribe links to your emails (required by law)
we remove bounced emails and process unsubscribes for you
we don't read your emails except as needed to deliver them

our rights

we can:

suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms
remove content that violates these terms
change or discontinue the service at any time (we'll try to give you notice)

payment

pricing is based on your number of recipients
payments are processed by Stripe
billed monthly or annually, your choice
no refunds for partial periods
we can change prices with 30 days notice

no warranties

the service is provided "as is" without any guarantees. things might break sometimes.

limitation of liability

we're not liable for any damages from using (or not being able to use) the service. our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

changes

we can update these terms. if we make significant changes, we'll email you about it. continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
